  • All our jewelry pieces are handmade, and production may take up to 7 business days.
  • Expedited production and shipping are available for an additional fee; please contact us directly at oubliette.shop@gmail.com.
  • Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over $400.
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Free exchanges are available for sizing issues within 30 days of receipt.
  • We accept exchanges for any manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please note that all items are custom-made and returns are not accepted at this time.
